A: If I am sick or unavailable, I will do my best to let you know within 24 hours of the lesson, and obviously I will not charge you for that day. From there, we can reschedule the lesson to another time!
I aim to provide the highest-quality music education for your student that will meet your standards. Though I will not offer refunds on lessons that have already transpired, if a lesson was not satisfactory to you, I would be happy to listen to and receive your feedback on what could have gone better and apply it to future lessons.
